Although the majority of my time is spent in lab, I realized today that my blog contains no references to science. Therefore, today's blog is an attempt to geek it up a little.

Just last week I was coauthor on a paper published in Nature titled, "Genotype, haplotype and copy-number variation in worldwide human populations." This is a high impact journal and a fascinating study. I have been fortunate to be a part of the research at NIH, and I'm pretty excited about this publication.
